Driving-a year later

I can't believe that it's been a year since I got my licence. The time has gone by fast. In the year since getting my licence, I have graduated from college, helped move my mothers business, and become a part of a young adults group. I don't think I could have done any of that without having a licence. I could still be doing all of that stuff, but minus the young adults group. I could not even have gotten a paycheck without driving for a delivery company.

But among the highlights of being a driver is recently getting pulled over by the cops. As it turned out, I have a brake light out and my registration was not placed properly. So, I now have a mark on my driving record which can be easily remedied with a visit to the courthouse. So, I now bid you all a fond farewell.
